Amounts use the restaurant’s currency. Values use selected report dates unless marked Live now. Missing or unavailable values are not zero.

Value	Meaning and context
Sales excluding tax	Completed POS sales, excluding tax; may change as data arrives.
Covers	People recorded in sales.
Average check	Sales per cover. If covers are unavailable but completed sales exist, Cover shows Average per sale. Currency per cover or sale.
Hours and estimated staff cost	POS-recorded staff hours and their estimated cost. Hours may include shifts still open. Missing rates or records needing review can make cost incomplete.
Sales after food and staff costs	Sales excluding tax, less estimated food and staff costs. Shown only when both costs are usable and their sales totals match. Other expenses are not deducted; this is not profit.
Evening sales	Sales from 18:00 up to, but not including, 22:00 in restaurant local time; excludes tax. Before 18:00 on Today, the card says Not started yet. It does not project later sales.
Visits and average duration	POS-recorded table visits and average recorded duration, in visits and minutes.

Value	Meaning and context
Units sold	Quantity recorded by the POS for each item.
Sales	Item sales, excluding tax, for the selected dates.
Food cost	Estimated cost of items sold, using each estimate that applied on the sale date. Estimates are entered before tax. A missing estimate is not zero.
Sales minus food costs	Item sales less estimated food cost. Other costs are not deducted. Unavailable when the estimate needs attention.

Value	Meaning and context
Hours	POS-recorded staff time; can include open shifts. Records needing review can make the total incomplete.
Staff cost	Estimated cost from recorded hours, hourly estimates and cost settings. This is not payroll.
Sales recorded	Sales assigned to a person by the POS.
Sales minus staff costs	Restaurant sales excluding tax less total estimated staff costs. Food costs and other expenses are not deducted.

These values describe the latest received state and do not use the selected report dates.

Value	Meaning and context
Staff cost per hour	Estimated hourly cost of staff currently clocked in, including applicable extra-hours settings. Currency per hour.
Recent sales pace	Sales per hour from recently closed sales. A short-term signal, not a full-day total or forecast.
Sales pace after staff cost	Recent sales pace less current staff cost per hour. Food costs and other expenses are not deducted; this is not profit.

Value	Meaning and context
Visits	Table visits recorded by the POS for the selected dates.
Sales excluding tax	Sales attributed to tables by the POS. This may differ from restaurant-wide sales.
Average duration	Minutes between a table opening and closing in the POS. Late or incomplete records can affect it.
Name, zone and status	Current table information, shown in Live now when available.
