Security at Cover
Cover is designed to turn operational data into answers without giving analytical tools control over your POS.
Read-only access
Ask Cover can query approved analytical tables only. It cannot create, edit or delete records in the POS.
Restaurant isolation
Every request is scoped to the authenticated restaurant. Data belonging to different customers is not combined.
Bounded queries
Queries are validated, result sizes are limited and the service rejects operations outside the approved scope.
Audited activity
Ask Cover activity is recorded to support operational investigation and service improvement.
